UNVEILS DISASTER RECOVERY WEB SITE
Newport, KY, February
19, 2001 - GE Capital IT Solutions, which designs, creates, and manages
IT infrastructure for business, unveiled a new, interactive Web site
dedicated to preventing, and recovering from, unforeseen events that
could shut down critical business systems.
GE Capital IT Solutions' Disaster Recovery Web site, http://gedisasterrecovery.com,
offers customers valuable tools to assess their vulnerability to unexpected
service catastrophes, as well as tools to recover from such disasters.

Disaster Recovery Vulnerability Assessment tool useful," said Frank

SunGard PreCovery Business Continuity Software Leverages Platforms and
Technologies

McGladrey to Host Applications Solutions and Web Sites
Minneapolis, MN - RSM McGladrey, Inc., one of the nations leading
accounting, tax and consulting firms serving mid-sized businesses, has
announced it will provide hosted application solutions and Web sites
to clients. Effective October 1, RSM McGladrey will become a full-service
application solutions provider (ASP) for companies from start-up to
$300 million in annual revenues. Initially, the ASP will provide financial

AT&T Data Centers. Initial applications to be hosted include Great
Plains Dynamics and eEnterprise. By year-end, RSM McGladrey plans to
host additional solutions, such as Great Plains Siebel Front Office,
as RSM McGladrey ASP client will choose lease, subscription or purchase
pricing. A target market for RSM McGladreys ASP services will
be Great Plains partners and resellers. ASP technology will be
offered to businesses through resellers, allowing them to remain the
first line of contact. This strategy is designed to reach mid-sized
businesses in markets where RSM McGladrey currently does not have offices.
SunGard eSourcing Expands Facilities to Meet Customer Demand For Co-Location
and Internet Service
Wayne, PA - SunGard Business Continuity and Internet Services (BCIS),
an operating group of SunGard (NYSE: SDS) has announced that its SunGard
eSourcing unit, which was launched earlier this year, has leased an
additional 100,000 square feet of space at the companys flagship
Philadelphia location. The space will house a state-of-the-art network
operations center, co-location and other Internet-related services.

SunGard eSourcing specializes in providing a higher level of Internet
services and infrastructure than is typically offered by co-location

FedEx Custom Critical Introduces Online Customer Satisfaction Survey
Akron, OH - FedEx Custom Critical, North Americas largest time-specific,
critical-shipment carrier, has introduced an online customer satisfaction
survey as part of the Shipping Toolkit on its Web site at www.fedexcustomcritical.com.
The new application, which is available to all FedEx Custom Critical
customers, enables customers to evaluate the companys services
at any time. Administered by a third party, the survey asks whether
the customers shipment was picked up and delivered on time, whether
FedEx Custom Critical provided an appropriate truck with the right equipment,
and how satisfied the individual was with FedEx Custom Critical. Respondents,
who can choose to remain anonymous, may also write comments. Since 1988,
FedEx Custom Critical has had an independent market research firm conduct
a monthly satisfaction survey among randomly selected customers. The
new online survey enables customers who arent selected for the
monthly surveys to comment on FedEx Custom Criticals services.
It also allows them to provide feedback when its convenient for
them. The online survey joins three existing applications in the Shipping
Toolkits: rate quoting, shipment tracking and mapping.

HP Continues to Provide Enhancements for XP256 Customers
Hewlett-Packard has announced new enhancements for the HP Surestore
Disk Array XP256. Since the introduction of the XP256 on May 5, 1999,
HP has provided unparalleled in frame investment protection
for the XP256 customers. HP continues to address the needs of the XP256
customers and intends to provide investment protection with the introduction
of new hardware and software products, disaster recovery enhancements,
and the continued availability of add-one to the XP256 installed
base. In November 2000, HP began offering a new 73GB/10k RPM SCSI drive,
which allows the XP256 to scale to more than 18TBs in a single frame.
