RSM McGladrey to Host Applications Solutions and Web Sites
Minneapolis, MN - RSM McGladrey, Inc., one of the nation’s leading accounting, tax and consulting firms serving mid-sized businesses, has announced it will provide hosted application solutions and Web sites to clients. FedEx Custom Critical Introduces Online Customer Satisfaction Survey
Akron, OH - FedEx Custom Critical, North America’s largest time-specific, critical-shipment carrier, has introduced an online customer satisfaction survey as part of the Shipping Toolkit on its Web site at www.fedexcustomcritical.com. The new application, which is available to all FedEx Custom Critical customers, enables customers to evaluate the company’s services at any time. Since 1988, FedEx Custom Critical has had an independent market research firm conduct a monthly satisfaction survey among randomly selected customers. It also allows them to provide feedback when it’s convenient for them. The online survey joins three existing applications in the Shipping Toolkits: rate quoting, shipment tracking and mapping.

HP Continues to Provide Enhancements for XP256 Customers
Hewlett-Packard has announced new enhancements for the HP Surestore Disk Array XP256. Since the introduction of the XP256 on May 5, 1999, HP has provided unparalleled ‘in frame’ investment protection for the XP256 customers.
