Mr. Zandi has more than 15 years experience in design and architecture, data center consolidation and transformation, and strategic IT consulting services delivery. He has designed and managed complex IT transformation and data center consolidation projects worldwide in industries such as communications (France Telecom, Equant, C&W), distribution and retail (Coca Cola Enterprises, The Home Depot), education, and banking and financial services. Mr. Zandi is experienced in discovery/assessment of client needs to creation/validation of the application interdependency model to solution design and execution of delivery through on-going operation and proven methodologies.
