------ Pre/Post Conference Offerings ------ Make the most of your visit to Orlando by attending a pre- or post-conference course - or both! These high-impact, fast-paced courses offer conference attendees an additional opportunity to sharpen their business continuity skills. These courses will cover a variety of topics and are offered by several different companies. All pre- and post-conference courses require separate registration and fees.
Past sessions have included: BCP/DR Projects Made Easy! Presented by Barry Pruitt of PruSpeak Consulting and Seminars, this course is a “multi-discipline” training that will make you a better all-around project manager. Best Practices in BC Planning This course, led by Randy Till, provides a review of best practices associated with the implementation of a business continuity program within your organization. An Emergency Operations Center An emergency operations center (EOC) is both a physical place and a way of working during an event. This course covers what you need to know to design both the place and the management concept. This course is presented by Regina Phelps, CEM, of EMSS. Command Post Operations Course This PPBI course will explore all aspects of managing an effective corporate emergency operations center. Ten modules will be included. Designing drills and exercises will also be implemented. |
