Presented by Barry Pruitt of PruSpeak Consulting and Seminars, this course is a “multi-discipline” training that will make you a better all-around project manager.

BC Implementation

This class will review the planning steps and processes associated with business and system recovery planning. Special emphasis will be placed on exercising plans. Presenter is Randy Till, CBCP.

Emergency Operations Center

An emergency operations center (EOC) is both a physical place and a way of working during an event. This course, presented by Regina Phelps, covers what you need to know to design both the place and the management concept.

Emergency Command Basics

This PPBI course combines three critical topics into one action-packed, interactive course. Topics include command post operations, incident command system and responding to the media.
