Dear Potential Exhibitor,
Once again it is time to reserve your exhibition space for the DRJ's Spring World conference to be held March 6-9, 2005 in Orlando, FL. After another excellent show in Orlando and San Diego last year, we expect the numbers to be even greater this year. We exceeded 1,100 paid attendees at the San Diego 2004 show. We will be returning once again to the beautiful Disney Coronado Springs Resort. It is also important not to wait until the last minute for booth space; 12 vendors were placed on a waiting list to rent a booth at last year’s show. We at DRJ strive for excellence with every show in order to benefit our exhibitors and our attendees.

Over the course of the three-and-half-day event, we will provide you with an excellent networking opportunity to meet the attendees, your prospective customers, numerous times. Starting with our Sunday Night Welcome reception, you will meet the attendees for the first time in a casual atmosphere along with cocktails and appetizers.

On Monday and Tuesday, the exhibit hall will open at 11:00 a.m. with numerous breaks scheduled. A luncheon dessert will be held in the exhibit hall to create traffic through the hall. The enclosed Exhibitor’s Kit details the Spring World 2005 conference. I also urge you to respond promptly since we have had very early inquiries from new vendors and numerous repeat vendors already signed up. Space is limited.
