Exhibiting Tips

1. All exhibitors will receive an attendees list to do a post-show mailing. Email addresses are not included on this list due to our privacy policy with our attendees. You may gain attendee email addresses by renting a lead retrieval system for the show. All attendees you scan, you will receive email addresses of, if supplied.

2. Remember all booths must be setup by 4:00 pm on Sunday. There will be a reception in the Exhibit Hall Sunday evening
5:30 - 8:00pm.

3. We will be recording exhibitor interviews throughout the show, please see a DRJ staff member onsite if you have any questions. These will be used at a future DRJ show to gain you even more expsoure.

Mock Exercise Offers Interaction
A unique learning experience is available by participating in the Mock Disaster Exercise. The exercise will be sponsored by Disaster Survival Planning Network and is limited to 200 participants.
During the workshop, attendees will be assigned to a response or recovery team and will work together in response to a major disaster. This exercise was developed by a team of certified consultants, and is based on best practices for disaster simulation in use by programs throughout the country.
