GENERAL INFORMATlONTerms of Payment: DISASTER RECOVERY DIRECTORY advertising requires only a one time payment. Additional payment required when ad copy or ad position changes. The advertiser agrees to pay for all advertising published in DISASTER RECOVERY DIRECTORY in accordance with the contract. The advertiser shall make such payment at the office of the Publisher within 30 days of the date of publication. Disaster Recovery Journal follows the industry standard for the first time advertiser: first time advertisers must prepay on the first ad and a check must accompany space order contract.
When submitting mechanical material or artwork, please note: instructions must accompany ad copy and must clearly state : name of advertiser, date(s) to be inserted, ad dimensions, plus any special instructions.
Fulfillment of the Contract: Advertiser will be responsible for contracted space. Orders may not be cancelled after closing dates. All pre-approved contracts will be charged in compliance with the rates and conditions as stated in this contract.
Liability for Payment: Publisher will hold advertiser liable for all sums due and payable to the publisher. New advertisers must send their payment with their camera ready copy. Publisher reserves the right to cancel the contract at any time upon default by the advertiser in the payment of invoiced or in the event of any other substantial breach of the contract by the advertiser.
Publisher’s Approval: All advertising must be approved in advance by the publisher. Advertisers will indemnify, defend and hold harmless the publisher from any claims and all loss, expense or liability arising out of the publication of any advertising copy. Publisher may require advertising copy to be changed for any reason.
Publisher’s Liability: The liability of the publisher for any error, omission or delay for which it may be held legally responsible shall in no event exceed the cost of the space paid for and occupied by such individual advertisement.
Service Charge: 1.5% per month will be added to all charges for space, position and other charges that are 30 days or more past due.
Agency Commissions: At this time we do not pay any advertising agency commissions.
Proof of Insertion: Advertisers will be furnished at least one copy of each issue in which the advertising appears. Tear sheets or additional copies of the may be requested.
