Learn how Aon centralizes managing requests for risk information through a shared risk compliance and assessments (RCA) team, include the use of a risk management platform. Services include assessing and reporting on supplier security risk levels, developing security terms for supplier contracts, conducting on–site audits at supplier locations, and development of supplier risk mitigation plans when exposure exceeds the appetite for risk. In addition, the RCA team supports Aon’s global security services (GSS) teams. Jennifer Lee, CTPRP, is the global director at Aon within the global security services - risk compliance and assessments division. She leads the converged practices of client, supplier, mergers, acquisitions & divestitures security governance. Lee is strategically focused on end-to-end protection of data by maintaining ongoing relationships with client security groups, coordinating client reviews, client audits, governing internal security controls and ensuring external third party suppliers, including MA&D targets, adhere to security and privacy policies.
About Barbara McAvenia
Barbara McAvenia, CBRA is currently a senior manager on Aon’s global business and technology resilience team as well as the team's regional leader for the Americas, and the colleague development program leader for the business and technology resilience team. McAvenia has more than 19 years of experience in operational continuity and has broad experience developing business continuity, crisis management and disaster recovery plans, including delivering training and exercises to hundreds of teams.
