Organizations often develop individual IT recovery plans focused on key applications and functions. However, understanding the overall sequence and confirming you have considered all the required components is also paramount to a successful recovery. Additionally, having a thorough understanding of the recovery sequences enables you to more effectively participate in the overall recovery orchestration and status communications. This session discusses an approach to recovery sequence planning based on, dependencies, service critical applications and stakeholder expectations. It also examines methodologies for managing, visualizing, and reporting on both the required plan components and the recovery sequence itself.
