ACP Announces Connecticut Chapter

Postby Leah Farr » Tue Nov 22, 2005 7:23 pm

The Association of Contingency Planners (ACP), the nation’s premiere organization for professionals in the field of Business Continuity Planning, announces the chartering of the Connecticut Chapter. Serving Connecticut, Western Massachusetts and Southern Rhode Island the chapter will provide networking, educational, and professional development services to the rapidly growing number of business continuity professionals throughout the area.

Ed Goldberg, Chapter President states "Having an ACP chapter in Connecticut gives those of us involved in business continuity and disaster recovery planning a forum in which to share best practices and ensure that our organizations are better prepared for whatever comes our way. It's an economical alternative to out-of-town conferences and it addresses the unique needs and culture of southern New England. I'm looking forward to the learning and networking opportunities." For membership inquiries, please contact the Membership Director Ralph Petti, rpetti@eaglerockalliance.com or 908-310-6381.
