WORLDPREP CELEBRATES TEN YEAR ANNIVERSARY

Toledo, Ohio, October 1, 2009 – World Prep is celebrating the ten year anniversary of the company. World Prep was established in 1999 to provide emergency and disaster preparedness equipment to law enforcement, first responders, corporations, and families. President Dave Krueger, a former maritime law enforcement officer identified the general need for better, less expensive emergency response and disaster preparedness equipment.

In the wake of September 11th  World Prep created the personal evacuation kit to provide office employees with the necessary supplies to safely evacuate a damaged building. This kit received accolades when used by high rise workers during the New York City blackout. Since then the company has grown to include product design consultants from the military special operations community.

Of all the projects World Prep has been involved with over the past ten years, Dave Krueger says he is most proud of World Prep’s support of the military through the Wounded Warrior Project and Soldier’s Angels. World Prep’s focus on solutions for school shootings and workplace violence are another source of pride for Dave Krueger and the staff.
