Export Data to CD/DVD/thumb drive for manual upload

We need to be able to receive txns exported to cd, dvd, or thumb drive via express delivery so that we may manually upload in the event we lose all electronic connectivity for an extended period. Does anyone have experience doing this or documentation they could share? Thanks, Elaine
