Program: "Regional Recovery Centers for Bank of America and their recovery from 9/11"- Barrie Deis, Bank of America: This will include information on creating internal recovery sites, and the recovery of the WTC clients to the recovery site in NJ. The emotional effects of the build-out team and the associates returning to work is also addressed.
