Program: “2003 Lessons Learned”:

A panel will discuss lessons learned from 2003 disasters, storms, and other events. This will include the National Weather Service, public/government sector (VDEM/VEMA/FEMA), the private sector (Capital One, Bank of America) and volunteer group for the "Human side" (VOAD).
