Delhi International Airport Ltd (DIAL) today claimed the capital’s international airport had become the first in the world to achieve ISO 22301:2012 certification for its strong business continuity management system. DIAL, which operates the Delhi airport, has been awarded this certification by British Standards Institution (BSI) after meeting the guidelines set out by the International Organisation of Standardization. The certification is the latest standard on business continuity management system that enables organisations to identify critical processes and to ensure business continuity with minimum disruption, while its one or more critical processes are temporarily interrupted.
