We are looking for someone to support the Group Security Office hub manager in implementing Swiss Re’s business continuity management (BCM) program, and to liaise with local safety and security officers and business continuity managers on risks affecting Swiss Re locations.
You will monitor the implementation of the BCM program on a group-wide basis, including following up unresolved issues and maintaining and testing the program. In addition, you will provide guidance and support to business units and operations functions in the development of new and existing continuity plans, and be responsible for the quality control of BCM, safety and security documentation. You will also provide support to other departments during operational disruptions, administer the input of data to GRACE, Swiss Re’s digital business continuity platform, and take minutes of group BCM, safety and security meetings.
This post is suitable for a graduate with experience of operational risk management, business continuity or project management. Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential, and you must be proficient with Excel.
