Description: The State of WI Dept of Administration is seeking qualified candidates for the Director, Continuity of Government – Career Executive position in Dane County. Job duties include, working under direction of the Administrator of the Division of Administrative Services to manage and supervise the Continuity of Government program for the Executive Branch of the State of Wisconsin. The Continuity of Government program includes the development and ongoing review, updating, annual exercise and continual improvement of Continuity of Operations/Continuity of Government Plans, Emergency Action and Security Plans and Crisis Management Plans for all agencies in the Executive Branch. Extensive experience and background in strategic planning principles and methods, problem identification and resolution, laws, codes and specifications pertaining to disaster recovery, and threat, vulnerability and risk assessment methodologies is required. Starting pay will be between $25.763 - $42.509 per hour with excellent benefits.
