More than 1,200 attendees joined expert speakers and exhibitors for a total of 1,500 people at the Sheraton San Diego Hotel and Marina for the Disaster Recovery Journal Fall World 2004 conference Sept. 19-22. “We are very pleased with the increase in attendance for our Fall World 2004,” said Bob Arnold, vice president of Disaster Recovery Journal. “We have not had this percentage of increase in attendance since 1998-1999 and Y2K issues were the biggest pressing issues in our industry.” Sessions featured a wide variety of topics, coinciding with current events and industry trends. “We have to thank the many wonderful speakers, sponsors and exhibitors that participated in the show,” said Arnold. “Contributions from the many speakers as well as our sponsors, such as Forsythe, helped us deliver an excellent leaning exerience in a very enjoyable atmosphere.” Forsythe was the gold sponsor of DRJ’s 31st conference in 16 years. “Forsythe put on a great party,”
