GuidelinesSERVICE CHARGE1.5% per month will be added to all charges for space, position and other charges that are 10 days or more past due. AGENCY COMMISSIONSAt this time we do not pay any advertising agency commissions. UNFULFILLED CONTRACTSAdvertiser will be responsible for contracted space. Orders may not be cancelled after closing date. ORDER ERRORSAll pre-approved contracts will be charged in compliance with the rates and conditions shown on this rate sheet. LIABILITY FOR PAYMENTPublisher will hold advertiser liable for all sums due and payable to the publisher. New advertisers must send their payment with their camera ready copy. PUBLISHER'S APPROV ALAll advertising must be approved in advance by the publisher. Advertisers will indemnify, defend and hold harmless the publisher from any claims and all loss, expense or liability arising out of the publication of any advertising copy. Publisher may require advertising copy to be changed for any reason. PUBLISHER'S LIABILITYThe liability of the publisher for any error, commission or delay for which it may be held legally responsible shall in no event exceed the cost of the space paid for and occupied by such individual advertisement.
