Regina Phelps is an internationally recognized expert in the field of emergency management and continuity planning.  With over 25 years of experience, she has provided consultation and speaking services to clients in four continents.   She is founder of Emergency Management & Safety Solutions a consulting company specializing in emergency management, continuity planning and safety.  A partial list of clients include Levi Strauss & Co., Liberty Mutual, Northern Trust, Chiron, VISA, Triton Container, Intuit, Stanford University, Adobe, TransUnion and the World Bank.
Ms. Phelps has received numerous honors and awards including Business Recovery Managers Association Award for Excellence in Business Recovery Planning, College of the Sequoia's, Hall of Fame; Outstanding Employer by the ARC; Women Entrepreneur of the Year, San Francisco Chamber of Commerce; and the Champion of Small Business, Small Business Administration.  Ms. Phelps was the 1991 Chairman of the Board of the SF Chamber, the first woman, the youngest, and first small business owner to ever hold that seat.
