Disaster Recovery Company Plan B Revolutionise Website

Enterprise-class recovery services provider Plan B have revamped their online presence to facilitate their customers’ engagement with the brand and provide them with bespoke online services.
 
Plan B, which offers technological support for the restoration of vital IT services for well-known brands such as Royal Mail, Capita, The Economist and The British Legion, hired award-winning UX and digital agency DotLabel to redesign their existing website. Their aim was to ensure it communicated the values and professional brand image of the company, enabled user engagement and was easy to navigate and provided a flexible platform for Plan B staff.
 
To this end, DotLabel designed and applied a range of tailored techniques, including UX design, site architecture and web development.

The result has been a revamped website that offers new digital experience for customers, improved searching facilities and the option for clients to choose their own recovery platform.
