The “Enterprise Trust Scorecard” is such a tool. In this session the audience will learn how to construct, use, and customize an “Enterprise Trust Scorecard” to produce a “Trust Quotient” representing the trust level in any business relationship- proposed or existing. The tool is a framework that can be adopted as presented, or customized to consider aspects specific to any line of business. Participants will leave with an actionable method of answering the question: “Can we trust these guys?”
