“We must strive to understand human performance and decision making so that we can make better decisions at times when our decisions matter the most,” says Chandler.

The session will focus on strategies and processes available to decisionmakers so they can better predict anticipated contexts and available options in highly uncertain times.

Chandler’s workshop will focus on situational awareness and involves the critical sensory perception and analysis of environmental elements with respect to context, the recognition and comprehension of their meanings and implications, and the projection of their dynamic status, particularly after variables or factors have changed.

This session and workshop will both be informative and engaging and provide the opportunity for a question-and-answer segment at the conclusion of each.

Chandler has worked in the business continuity and disaster recovery profession for almost 40 years. He is also a researcher, scholar, and teacher by profession, and he uses these skills during presentations to make them both meaningful and useful.
